We were happy to welcome the Food Standards Agency to our Rogerstone restaurant for an unexpected visit a couple of weeks ago and absolutely thrilled to be notified that we have been awarded the highest Food Rating Rating.
Chef Iggy and his team in the kitchen and our team in the restaurant have and always will set their own professional standards to ensure our visitors are guaranteed to be served dishes created from produce that meets with all the required standards and are prepared and stored appropriately.
Gianluca is thrilled to receive the top rating. He said, "During the inspection the food safety officer looked at how hygienically the food is handled, how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored. They also inspected the condition of the structure of the building – the cleanliness, layout, lighting, ventilation and other facilities. We are very pleased with the efforts continuously put in by all of our team to maintain these excellent standards."
