PAYMENTS BY TELEPHONE, WEB OR IN PERSON
Payment Flow & Delivery Policy
Once a payment has been made a booking confirmation will be issued electronically confirming all reservation details along with the booking cancellation policy.
We will also send a text message after the booking has been made to confirm the summary of the booking where a mobile number is provided.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For online or telephone deposits or deposits in person for any special event, seasonal event or bookings which require a deposit or pre-payment at the time of booking these bookings are strictly non refundable and non-transferable.
Should a duplication of payment be taken or mistake made by Mamma Lina's a refund will be processed as soon as possible.
If you paid by credit or debit card, we’ll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
